Proposal Argument is the type that is best suited for my project because it will give a logical manner by which the reader will learn to take action by writing a letter.
The other types would not work because I will not be rebutting the TMT board's perspective or making a pro/con list. I also don't intend on dwelling on the cause of such a controversy or evaluating the solutions proposed by others.
I totally agree with you! I think Proposal Argument would be the best type for your public argument. I like how to explained why too! Good job!
ReplyDeleteI just say that make sure your argument is "sellable" because getting people to take action these days is nearly impossible without a good believable argument.
ReplyDeleteThe approach you have is best suited for your argument. You only dwell on the supporting side, not the opposing side. Your readers wont see an alternative point of view, then you can concentrate on influencing your side of it.
